I want you to know how pleased and excited I am about my new Aveo. I have told everyone about Freeland and I will certainly be a returning customer when the time comes. Before I came to Freeland I had went down the road to Hickory Hollow Kia it was the WORST experience of my life. They tried everything they could to put me in a car that I could not afford. It was like they thought I would be an easy person to trick into any deal. Before I ever went into their dealership I had spoke with them and told them what I could do price and payment wise I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when I got there they would not work with me at all. They tried everything from telling me to cut out the drinks I buy at work to finding out I had pets and asking me what would I do if one of them ever had to go to the vet urgently if the price they were offering me was going to break me that bad. I have never been so insulted anywhere in my life. When I left that dealership they told me they would try to find me something used and give me a call…I never heard from them again.

My car buying experience at Freeland Chevrolet was the best I have ever experienced. The customer service you guys provided was ideal, and the staff was straightforward and honest. I was a little nervous about driving 6 hours to purchase a vehicle but all that quickly went away when I got there. I would like to say how much I was surprised at my experience working with Albert to get into a car. I’ve worked on car lots and I’ve run a Hertz Car rental store in the past that was on a car lot as well. Most salesmen pressure you into buying what ever is going to pay them the most money. I’ve seen this happen a lot. Albert helped me get into the type of car I was looking for and was very courteous and professional as well. I walked onto the lot a little nervous about buying a car because of what I’ve seen in my years on car lots. It was comfortable and I really appreciate the way I was treated.

No pressure to purchse, no coercing a higher sale price
Having been to Autofair Chevy this past summer to find a Cobalt, I did not even consider going to the dealership again. However, I saw an advertisement regarding Freeland Chevrolet and decided to stop on my way to nine other dealerships that day. Turns out, this was the only stop I made. The service I received that day was amazing. I did not receive any pressure to purchase whatsoever by Darrell Meyer, my salesman. I was encouraged to try several cars before deciding on one. The location of the dealership allowed for a full and complete test drive. When an offer was made, there were no games played to “coerce” a higher bid, and closing the deal was equally trouble-free. Requested adjustments were handled professionally. Darrell has followed up with me after the sale. How cool is that? Every person involved in the completion of the sale treated me with the utmost respect, never harassing or threatening. When it is time to trade again, it will be Freeland Chevy that I will drive to first and last. My Cobalt is performing top notch, and I have gotten great service after the sale.
